Equigloves Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements placed through the Equigloves webshop, located in the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
Equigloves: the company that offers products through www.equigloves.com
Customer: any natural person or legal entity who places an order.
Products: all items offered by Equigloves.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement made through the Equigloves webshop. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered during checkout.
Price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
4. Order and agreement
An agreement is concluded when the customer completes an order and receives an order confirmation by email.
Equigloves reserves the right to refuse an order if it suspects misuse, incorrect information, or other special circumstances.
5. Delivery and shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe.
Shipping costs will be listed at checkout.
After shipment, the customer will receive a track and trace code, if available.
Delays caused by carriers are not the responsibility of Equigloves.
6. Right of withdrawal and return policy
The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
After receipt of the returned shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.
Used, damaged or incomplete returned products may be refused or only partially refunded.
7. Warranty
Our products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Wear and tear from use, damage from improper use or improper cleaning is not covered by the warranty.
In the event of a valid claim, Equigloves will offer repair, replacement or appropriate compensation.
8. Liability
Equigloves is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or unskilled use of the product.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the original purchase.
We are not responsible for indirect damages such as consequential damages, loss of profits or delays.
9. Privacy
Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

10. Force Majeure
In situations of force majeure, such as strikes, disruptions, extreme weather conditions, transport problems or other unforeseen circumstances, Equigloves has the right to postpone deliveries or terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.
11. Intellectual property
All images, texts, logos, designs, and other content on the website are the property of Equigloves and may not be copied, used, or distributed without permission.

13. Applicable law
These terms and conditions and all agreements with Equigloves are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
