Delivery time

Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day.
The usual delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 1–2 working days .

Postage costs

• Free shipping on orders over €35.00

• For orders under €35, we charge €4.25 shipping costs for the Netherlands and €7.95 for Belgium.

Shipping Method & Track & Trace

We ship via reliable parcel services (PostNL / DHL).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so you can easily follow your package.

Returns Policy

Reflection period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging and unused.
After registering your return, you have another 7 days to return the product.

Returns Policy

A return will be accepted when:

• The product is undamaged and unused

• The product is returned in its original packaging

• There are no traces of use, hair, dirt or damage

Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons can only be returned sealed and unused .

Return costs

The costs for returning the goods are at your own expense,
unless it is a mistake on our part (for example incorrect delivery or defect on arrival).

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the full purchase price, including the shipping costs, within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place your order.
